Position Summary
GD Goenka Healthcare Academy is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Program Manager to lead and manage academic operations for the OT/Anesthesia Technology program. The ideal candidate should have an advanced academic background, relevant clinical and teaching experience, and be certified in BLS and ACLS.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning and implementation of the OT/Anesthesia Technology training programs.
Coordinate between clinical partners, faculty, and academic teams for course delivery.
Develop and update curriculum in line with current medical and industry standards.
Organize and supervise hands-on training sessions, workshops, and simulation-based learning.
Ensure students are equipped with both theoretical and practical knowledge.
Monitor student performance and program outcomes; implement improvements where needed.
Maintain academic records and documentation as per institutional and accreditation requirements.
Arrange BLS & ACLS training refreshers and certifications for students.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure program quality and compliance with healthcare education norms.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: M.Sc. in OT Technology, Anesthesia Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of combined clinical and academic experience.
Certifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are mandatory.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with academic technologies and tools for hybrid/online learning.
