Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Trainer to conduct a structured 3-day training program designed for our factory workers, helpers, and fitters. The trainer will spend 2 days in the office/classroom and 1 day on-site at the factory or in the field, ensuring theoretical and practical learning go hand in hand.

Training Program Schedule:

• Day 1 & Day 2 (Office):

  • Theoretical training on basic manufacturing concepts, tools, machinery handling, job responsibilities, and safety protocols.

  • Use of visual aids, manuals, and SOPs.

  • Group interaction and Q&A to assess understanding.

• Day 3 (Factory/Field):

  • Practical demonstrations on the shop floor or job site.

  • Hands-on training with actual tools, machines, and fitting processes.

  • Real-time guidance on best practices and safe work methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a concise and effective 3-day training program.

• Train workers on machine operation, tools, material handling, safety, and work ethics.

• Bridge the gap between theory and practice using relatable examples.

• Observe trainees during field training and provide constructive feedback.

• Coordinate with factory supervisors to ensure training relevance.

• Prepare a brief report post-training on participation and effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or fabrication.

• Prior training or team supervisory experience is desirable.

• Strong practical knowledge of factory tools, aluminium systems, and shop-floor work.

• Good communication in Hindi; basic English understanding is a plus.

• Age 35 years and above preferred. Retired professionals are welcome.

• Physically fit to walk and demonstrate work at factory premises.

Ideal Background:

• Ex-Production Supervisor, Foreman, Fitter, or Workshop Instructor.

• Familiar with aluminium, fabrication, glass, or metal-based production work.
