Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with organizational or client needs

• Develop, revise, and maintain comprehensive training materials and manuals

• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement

• Track training attendance, feedback, and progress through accurate reporting

• Measure training outcomes and suggest improvements for continuous learning effectiveness

• Incorporate active learning methods, including fitness-related modules if required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Any Qualification

• Experience: 2 to 3 Years

• Certification in Gym/Fitness Training is a plus

• Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in training tools, presentations, and virtual/physical training delivery

• Ability to simplify complex topics and foster a positive learning environment
