We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist for a 2.5-month contract role to support a government-funded project aimed at training students in digital marketing skills. The specialist will undergo a 3-day training period, followed by certification and onboarding, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and reporting progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Delivery (5 hours/day):
Conduct engaging and interactive digital marketing training sessions for students, covering topics such as SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, PPC advertising, and analytics
Develop and deliver lesson plans tailored to varying skill levels, ensuring practical and actionable learning outcomes
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment to encourage student participation and skill development
Reporting (2 hours/day):
Document daily training progress, student attendance, and performance metrics
Prepare and submit detailed reports on training outcomes, challenges, and recommendations to project supervisors
Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure alignment with government project objectives
Additional Duties:
Participate in a 3-day training period to align with project goals and methodologies.
Complete certification and onboarding processes post-training
Provide feedback to improve training materials and delivery methods
Ensure compliance with government project guidelines and standards
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, social media, content creation, and analytics
Strong presentation and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing software)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
Prior experience in training or mentoring is a plus
Familiarity with government projects or educational programs is an advantage
Contract Terms:
Duration: 2.5 months, including a 3-day training period
Schedule: 7 hours/day (5 hours training + 2 hours reporting), [specify days, e.g., Monday–Saturday]
Training & Onboarding:
Complete a mandatory 3-day training period at the start of the contract.
Obtain certification upon successful completion of training.
Participate in onboarding to align with project expectations.
