Job వివరణ

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and communicative individuals to join our fundraising and outreach team as Telecallers. If you have a heart for social causes and a knack for conversation, we want to hear from you.

📌Role Objective:

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of Smile Trust India. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential donors, explain our ongoing projects, and encourage them to contribute to our mission.

💸Salary & Benefits:

• ₹15,000 month including ESI (14,800/- in hand salary)

• Attendance Bonus: ₹500 monthly

• Upto 5000/- Performance Based Incentives

• 8 Days Paid Training

• ESI Card Benefit

🤹🏻Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong persuasive skills and a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (for data entry).

• Ability to handle rejections gracefully and maintain persistence.

Shift Timing:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
