Job Description
We are seeking motivated freshers to join our dynamic team as Travel Consultants with additional responsibilities for handling social media outreach and telecalling activities. You will play a key role in promoting Maasa travel services, engaging with clients and partners, and facilitating efficient bookings through online and direct channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Create engaging posts and respond to comments, messages, and queries on social channels

• Conduct telecalling campaigns to generate leads, assist clients, and follow up with B2B partners and B2C customers

• Guide clients and partners through booking procedures on Maasa’s B2B and B2C portals

• Learn and use online booking tools for flights, hotels, and holiday packages

• Support team in day-to-day travel consultation, itinerary planning, and administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate call and engagement records; Report feedback and trends to management

• Undergo training on travel industry best practices, products, and customer handling

• Collaborate with colleagues for marketing and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Recent graduate (any discipline); degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Media, or related field is a plus

• Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and digital

• Energetic, client-focused attitude with a willingness to learn

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic content creation

• Comfortable with telecalling and engaging with customers and partners over phone and digital media

• Basic computer skills; knowledge of MS Office is helpful

• Team player, organized, and result-oriented
