🔹 Role & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our travel packages

Handle inbound queries and share package details over call/WhatsApp

Maintain daily call logs, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/lead sheet

Build good rapport with clients to convert inquiries into bookings

Coordinate with the sales team for confirmed leads

🔹 Requirements

Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi/Malayalam added advantage)

Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets)

Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style

Prior telecalling / customer support experience preferred, but freshers are also welcome
