5. Working hours : 9 hours Rotational shift (Window is 8 am to 8 pm)
To touch base with exiting Magma HDI customers for reminding them on their policies due
date & payable premium
Retention of existing customer as per given monthly targets
To meet targets – Daily, weekly & Monthly
To coordinate with internal stake holders like Ops for database, UW for deviation approvals,
To guide customers to make payments before the due date.
To co-ordinate with external agencies like E Com for premium payment collection
To co-ordinate with surveyor to get the vehicle inspection done (if required)
To generate a quote using system like GC and share with customers
To help customers with policy issuance
To share feedback with Management on conversions & lost cases.
To follow compliance and ethical business practices.
