Key Responsibilities:
Connect with clients to explain our services and help grow their businesses.
Explain company offerings and answer client questions or concerns.
Understand customer needs through effective questioning and communication
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
Verify and correct data, identifying irregularities promptly.
Organize digital and physical records for efficient retrieval.
Support internal departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Fulfill monthly and annual sales targets.
Redirect potential leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
Record all daily calls, interactions, and sales activities systematically.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure sales achievements.
Stay updated with industry developments and company offerings.
Assist in closing deals and supporting future sales processes.
Accurately note and process customer requirements or orders to relevant teams.
Ensure complete confidentiality of sensitive information.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0.5 to 4 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Comfortable working 6 days a week in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
