About the Role

We are looking for a motivated candidate who can handle telesales, documentation, and basic operations. The role requires strong communication skills in Kannada (with basic English/Hindi), ability to coordinate with customers, and manage documentation smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers in Kannada for sales and follow-ups.

Explain product/service details clearly and handle customer queries.

Collect, verify, and manage customer documents (physical & digital).

Maintain accurate data entry and ensure timely submission of documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) for smooth workflow.

Support in day-to-day operations like tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing proper updates and closure.

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience.

Experience: 0.6 – 3 years in telesales / operations / documentation

Strong communication in Kannada (English/Hindi manageable).

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for data entry and reports.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Laptop is mandatory.
