Clarion Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to promote and sell insurance products (Health, Motor, Life, etc.) over the phone. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, explain product details, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote various insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Handle customer queries regarding policy features, premium, and benefits.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain daily call records and update CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company regulations during the sales process.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–2 years in telesales or insurance sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or MS Excel.
