We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in promoting and selling car floor mats to retailers and wholesalers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive sales abilities, and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell car floor mats.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in Phone.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and resolve issues promptly.

• Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to relay customer feedback and market trends.

• Follow up on payments and coordinate with logistics for order fulfillment.
  
  Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to customers.

  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.

  • Experience in automotive accessories or B2B sales is an advantage.
