Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to new Businesses based in the UK (United Kingdom) to present our product and service offering
• Adhere to call scripts and sales protocols while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation style
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate a potential lead as per the process guidelines.
• Take and process customer details in an accurate manner
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target and facilitate future sales
Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as telesales representative in outbound sales in an International Process (preferably UK market)
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills and most important is good objection handling skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Addressing questions and concerns on the spot
• Motivation to keep going despite “no” responses
• Adapting approach based on the customer profile
• Should be Patient, friendly personality and most important is candidate should be a team Player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Fixed shift
