Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and driving sales conversions over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote ONLINELR products and services.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Accurately record customer details and sales activities in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred).

• Strong communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus).

• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
