Role Overview:

We are hiring Telesales Executives to promote and sell insurance products over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and at least 1 year of telesales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers to explain insurance products and services

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans

• Handle objections and convert leads into sales

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass

• Experience: At least 1 year in telesales or a similar sales role

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Location Preference: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad or Bangalore

• Communication: Strong verbal skills in English and/or regional languages

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

• Incentives: Performance-based incentives available
