Role Overview:

We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves promoting and selling insurance products over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products.

• Understand customer needs and explain product features and benefits.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (preferably in insurance or related sectors).

• Good communication and persuasion skills.

• Must have completed at least 12th grade.

• Age should not exceed 35 years.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
