Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Outbound Sales

Job Description:

VIP India is looking for enthusiastic and driven Telecalling Executives with a passion for outbound sales and customer interaction. This role is ideal for candidates who have prior experience in telesales, possess excellent communication skills, and come from a B2C background.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable products/services.

Maintain a strong follow-up with prospects to ensure conversion.

Update and manage daily call reports and CRM entries.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telesales.

Excellent English communication skills.

Background in B2C sales is mandatory.

Age: Between 24 to 37 years.

Candidates with linguistic skills will be given preference.

Additional Details:

Shift Timing:Night Shift Weekly Off: 1 rotational off per week

Work Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
