We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales and customer outreach team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting/commerce knowledge, and a strong interest in customer interaction and sales. Freshers with a B.Com background are highly encouraged to apply.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product information.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Follow-up with leads and ensure timely closure.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Coordinate with the sales/support team for lead handover and customer queries.
Provide accurate information to customers while maintaining a professional tone.
B.Com / Commerce Graduate (preferred)
Fresher to 1 year of telesales/customer service experience
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
Strong listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle objections confidently
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Good telephone etiquette and customer service orientation
