We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our growing team at SVGH Health Care Private Limited, a fast-growing company dealing in Sexual Wellness & Men’s Health Supplements such as Shilajit Ultra Boost Gummies, Shilajit Gold Resin, Vitality Oils, Testosterone Boosters & Herbal Sexual Wellness Products.

This role involves calling potential customers, explaining product benefits, managing sales data, and ensuring smooth follow-up to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Daily outbound calling to customers for product inquiries & sales.

• Explain the benefits, usage, and safety of sexual wellness & herbal supplements confidently.

• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-up.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.

• Handle customer concerns, queries, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Manage order details, payment updates, and status tracking.

• Maintain confidentiality of all customer data and company information.

• Coordinate with the operations team for dispatch & after-sales follow-up.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for internal teams.
