Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and provide product information
Maintain client records and share quotations
Make consistent follow-up calls using CRM
Coordinate with internal teams for updates
Support Director in business coordination tasks

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or client support
Fluent in Hindi (basic English is acceptable)
Confident and disciplined in follow-up communication
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Web, email & CRM software
