Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our real estate team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers via phone calls, generate leads, explain property details, and schedule site visits. You will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
2.Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and benefits.
3.Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM.
4.Handle customer queries courteously and professionally.
5.Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for conversions.
6.Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals.
7.Maintain knowledge of current property listings and market trends.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in tele calling, telesales, or customer service (Real Estate experience is a plus).
