About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join the team at Carnot Technologies, located in Marol, Andheri. This role is essential in ensuring that customers experience seamless service across all communication channels. As the first point of contact for clients, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
.Handle inbound and outbound communications (calls , emails , and chats ) to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met .
.Provide accurate and clear information about the company’s products, services, and policies .
.Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolutions .
.Maintain customer records by updating account information in the company’s system .
.Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-up .
