Job Title: Tele Sales Caller – Loan Processing

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Caller to join our team at our Panjim (Altinho) office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our loan processing services, and assisting them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and explain loan processing services

• Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information about loan products

• Maintain a customer database and follow up regularly

• Assist customers in completing loan application formalities

• Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions

• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Konkani (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of loan and financial products is a plus

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Proficiency in MS Office or basic computer operations

Work Schedule:

• Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Work Location: Altinho, Panjim (On-site)
