Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team at our Malviya Nagar center. The ideal candidate will guide students in choosing the right academic path and support their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs and career opportunities.

• Assist in course selection, enrollment, and admission procedures.

• Follow up with leads and maintain proper documentation.

• Maintain regular communication with students for feedback and progress.

• Coordinate with faculty to resolve student queries and concerns.

• Participate in seminars, orientations, and promotional events.

• Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (education background preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in counseling or student handling.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
