Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and confident Telesales Executives to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products/services, handling customer queries, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to generate interest and sales.

Maintain a positive relationship with customers by providing accurate information and resolving queries.

Follow up with leads and maintain proper records of calls and responses.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned by the management. Record custom

details, orders, feedback, and complaints accurately in company systems. Work closely

th the sales and marketing team to improve conversion rates. Keep updated with new products

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (prefer
• but not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good listening and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle calls and convert leads into sales.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel
• RM software).
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
