Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and energetic Telesales Executives to join our growing team at TATA AIG. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products over the phone to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain insurance products.

• Understand customer needs and offer the right insurance solution.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain records of calls and sales through CRM tools.

• Follow up with interested leads and close sales.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Language proficiency in English and regional languages (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass and Above

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Telesales or customer service experience (insurance preferred)

• Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month
