WORK PROFILE:   

As a Telesales, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, Cold Calling, responding to inquiries, and assisting in lead generation and appointment setting for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant voice, and a basic understanding of real estate services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads from the database.

• Follow up on inquiries generated through online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Explain project details, property features, and pricing to prospective customers.

• Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain a database of leads and update call status regularly.

• Handle basic inbound customer queries courteously and professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and qualified leads.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male or Female candidates.

• Minimum Graduate in any stream.

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).

• Basic knowledge of MS OFFICE AND CRM TOOLS.

• Prior experience in real estate, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
