About the Role:
We are seeking a Collection Executive – Inside Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect payments or outstanding debts. Your goal will be to ensure timely recovery while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach that supports a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, or other channels to collect overdue payments.
Negotiate and implement repayment plans that are feasible for customers and align with company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and payment arrangements.
Handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.
Adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the collections process.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes or issues related to outstanding payments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in collections, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive customer interactions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in using CRM systems or collection software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
