Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

Maintain customer database and update call records.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of telesales/telecalling experience (up to 3 years).
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi, English, and regional language preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
