We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive approach, and the ability to speak Hindi and the local language fluently.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Explain products and services clearly and persuasively over the phone
Maintain customer databases and update call records accurately
Follow up on previous calls and leads to nurture relationships
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Report feedback and market insights to the team leader/manager
Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and local language
Strong listening and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems is a plus)
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
