We are hiring Telecalling & Customer Sales Associates for Axis Bank’s customer support and sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build their career in banking, financial services, and customer relationship management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for Axis Bank customers.

• Promote and explain banking products and services.

• Assist customers with their queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain excellent customer relationship management and achieve sales targets.

• Ensure high-quality customer interactions in Hindi, and English.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation (Any stream)

• Age: 20 – 32 years

• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply

• Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English – Fluent)

  • Customer-oriented approach with good persuasion ability

  • Basic computer knowledge
