Roles and Responsibilities :
Generate leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels to drive business growth.
Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating product benefits and features.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and expectations.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
1-4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, telemarketing, or telesales.
Experience working in the Healthcare industry (Doctors)/ Digital Marketing agency is preferred
Strong communication skills in Hindi/ English language (written & spoken).
Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into paying customers.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel
Should be able to work 6 days a week (Week off on weekdays)
Comfortable with day shift (between 9 AM - 6 PM)
