Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.

• Maintain an accurate record of all customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, messages, or emails.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Handle customer objections and resolve queries in a professional manner.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and sales strategies.

Requirements :-

• Education :- Graduation or Above

• Experience :- 6months or more in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers may also apply)
