Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong follow-up process.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficient in using computers and CRM tools.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
