Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation and Cold Calling: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or through cold calling to introduce and sell credit card products.
• Sales Pitch and Persuasion: Explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and fees of different credit card products clearly and persuasively. They must tailor the sales pitch to the customer's specific needs and financial situation.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with customers, handle their questions, and address any concerns or objections to build trust and close sales.
• Application Process: Guide customers through the credit card application process, ensuring all required information is collected accurately and submitted efficiently. This includes verifying eligibility and explaining the necessary documentation.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for new credit card applications and activations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and application statuses in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest credit card products, offers, and market trends to provide the most relevant information to customers.
