Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our products and services.
Understand client needs and suggest appropriate IT solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM tools.
Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
Support the sales and marketing teams in lead generation and market research.
Who Can Apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Basic understanding of IT/software solutions is a plus.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Quick learner with a positive and proactive attitude.
Fluent in English and [local language if needed].
