Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls related to personal, business, and home loan inquiries with professionalism and confidence.

• Engage customers with polite, and convincing communication to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Generate high-quality sales leads to drive business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on potential leads.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Higher qualifications are a plus).

• Languages: Fluency in at least three languages, including English, Hindi, and any South Indian language (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).

• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite yet assertive approach to customer interactions. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities to generate sales leads.

Salary

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/- per month

• Probation Period: First 6 months will be a probationary period.
