Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for enthusiastic TeleSales representatives to contribute in generating sales for our company. He will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Must be able to speak Telugu or Kannada fluently.
Must be willing to relocate or travel to the office location on a daily basis.
Education Qualification: 12th or any graduate.

Schedule:
Rotational shift 6 days working (only Dayshift)

Rotational week-off.

Paid Sick time off.

Preferred candidate profile:

•Key Responsibilities: Answering Inbound calls and explaining the product and services offered by the company. Asking questions to the customers and understanding their specifications. Resolving queries related to the product and services. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements. We must prioritize Ownership & Discipline.
