We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling a variety of insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance) to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
Promote and sell insurance policies (Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance).
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business goals.
Provide complete policy information and guide customers through the application process.
Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Build a strong referral network and expand market reach.
Keep up to date with insurance products, industry trends, and competitors.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance/financial services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
