Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executives to join our sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, and offering suitable insurance products (Health, Motor or general). This role requires excellent communication and convincing skills with a customer focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold databases.
Generate leads from different sources.
Understand and note the customer's insurance requirements and suggest suitable products.
Explain policy features, benefits, premium costs, and terms clearly.
Follow up with leads and close sales effectively.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (IRDAI).
Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in Tele-sales, preferably in insurance sector.
Experience in B2C outbound calling is desirable
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills. (English, Hindi or both)
Basic understanding of insurance products (Motor, Health, General).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good computer skills; with MS Office and Writing E-mails.
Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs.
