Role Description As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into customers. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing information about our business assistance and legal services, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation:- Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services and offerings.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and rapport-building. Client Engagement:-
Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable solutions. Address client inquiries, provide detailed information, and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Conversion:
Follow up with leads and work towards achieving sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Record Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and address any gaps.
Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and market dynamics. Required
Qualifications:-
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or related roles. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with minimal supervision. Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in sales within legal or business services is a plus. Knowledge of company registration, compliance, or similar services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
