2.Explain courses, fees, and institute offerings in a clear and engaging manner.
3.Generate and qualify leads for the admission team.
4.Maintain accurate records of calls and inquiries in CRM/Excel.
5.Follow up with interested leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
6.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
7.Provide feedback to the team to improve call quality and conversions.
