We are hiring a proactive and target-oriented Telecaller – B2B Sales professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B telesales or a related field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to corporate clients, generating leads, fixing appointments for the sales team, and maintaining a strong client database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients for lead generation and sales conversion.

• Identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful business conversations.

• Schedule appointments and service for field sales or senior executives.

• Maintain and regularly update the CRM or client database with accurate information.

• Follow up on existing leads to ensure consistent engagement and progress through the sales funnel.

• Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.

• Provide timely feedback and insights from client conversations to improve offerings and messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B telesales.

• Proven ability to generate quality leads and meet or exceed targets.

• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable speaking with professionals at various levels, including decision-makers.

• Experience with CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel).

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
