Description – Tele Sales Executive Tamil/Telugu

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our expanding team in the insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with potential clients and have a passion for helping individuals understand their insurance needs. This role requires a proficient understanding of different insurance products, as well as the competence to convey the benefits of these products to customers. The Tele Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by contacting leads, identifying customer needs, and delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in sales within a dynamic and rewarding industry.

Responsibilities

·       Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce insurance products.

·       Identify customer needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions. Calling leads provided by company

·       Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

·       Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

·       Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

·       Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the insurance industry.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

·       Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

·       Excellent communication skill (English and Hindi)

·       Qualification : Any graduate/ undergraduate ( 12th Pass)

·       Age : 19 to 27 Years

Salary

·       Salary between 25,000 to 28,000 in hand + unlimited incentives

·       (Average earned incentive – 15000 PM)
