Explain about travel, hospitality, and weekend event clearly and convincingly.
Encourage customer participation in weekend events and activities.
Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries efficiently, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed.
Meet targets related to call handling, satisfaction scores, and conversions.
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
0–2 years of experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Event Management or any other field.
Freshers are always welcome.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Open to 6 days working (Day Shift).
