We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell our products or services. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Sales Conversion: Persuade customers to make purchases by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing objections.
Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Performance Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the industry and market trends.
Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Certifications: Sales or customer service certifications can be beneficial.
