
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, presenting our services, and driving sales growth by building strong customer relationships.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
Present and explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaigns.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any stream
