As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining product offerings, handling objections, and converting leads into confirmed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch products/services

Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions

Follow up with interested prospects and maintain daily call records

Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain professionalism and a positive approach in all customer interactions

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
