We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Representative to join our growing e-Pharmacy team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote our pharmacy services and products, convert leads into sales, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or previous inquiries.
Educate customers on e-pharmacy offerings such as prescription medicines, over-the-counter products, health packages, and delivery services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Take and process orders accurately in the CRM or pharmacy system.
Follow up on pending orders, renewals, or repeat purchases.
Build and maintain a good relationship with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the customer support, logistics, and pharmacy teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
Basic knowledge of medicines and healthcare products is a plus.
Fluency in [Insert Language/s, e.g., English and Hindi] is required.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in pharmacy or life sciences is a plus.
Prior experience working in an e-commerce or e-pharmacy setup.
Understanding of prescription and over-the-counter medication handling.
Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
