About the Role:

We’re seeking a result-driven Sales Executive to drive enrollments for our stock market and financial education courses. You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on achieving targets while helping individuals grow financially through quality learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and pitch relevant training programs.

• Convert warm leads into paying customers.

• Keep detailed records of interactions and conversions in CRM tools.

• Hit weekly/monthly targets and report to the Sales Manager.

• Assist in building new lead generation strategies with the marketing team.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales or EdTech sales preferred.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Confidence in explaining financial/stock market-related offerings.

• Good communication in Hindi and English.
